青木瓜涼拌、煮湯，用點撇步更好吃！
最近市場上看到好多青木瓜，價格也便宜，但青木瓜要怎麼吃呢？青木瓜做料理常見的有泰式涼拌木瓜絲或可豐胸的青木瓜排骨湯，用點巧思就能吃出美味，如涼拌前先去澀、煮湯加點生薑、紅棗…
青木瓜被視為豐胸秘方，讓愛美女性趨之若鶩，不論到底有沒有讓罩杯升級的神效，青木瓜都是美味的料理，涼拌、煮湯，一冷一熱，正好嚐出青木瓜爽脆、軟嫩的不同口感，大家可以試著做做看。
《涼拌木瓜絲，天熱吃最開胃》
酸酸辣辣的泰式涼拌木瓜絲，天熱吃最開胃，自己做一點也不難，但首先得去除青木瓜的澀味，吃起來才爽口；用水沖洗青木瓜半小時，去除表面的膠，削皮後去籽、刨絲、泡水1 小時後瀝乾備用，或是刨絲後，加鹽擠出水分，不但去除澀味，也更能入味。
將長豆、胡蘿蔔絲燙熟、蝦米泡開，與蒜頭、辣椒一起搗碎，大碗內放入稀釋檸檬汁、魚露、椰糖、砂糖及小蕃茄，椰糖需壓散、小蕃茄壓破，再加入青木瓜絲邊拌邊搗，等食材全部混勻，最後放入花生就可以吃了。
《青木瓜燉小排湯頭甜》
電鍋煮湯最適合單身族，職業婦女用這招，下班回家就不必手忙腳亂了，尤其「青木瓜燉小排」這種將所有食材放入鍋中、按下開關就可以等著吃的湯品，小排的油脂讓青木瓜的口感更滑潤，而青木瓜則讓排骨湯變得更清爽，兩種食材簡直是絕配，加點薑片、紅棗，湯頭更甘甜。
《青木瓜豬心湯更滋補》
把小排換成豬心，吃起來更滋補，豬心先切片汆燙，青木瓜去皮切塊，水滾後，放入青木瓜及豬心，加點米酒及鹽巴調味就完成了，當然也可以用電鍋燉煮2、3小時，想吃時移到瓦斯爐，加上米酒及鹽調味煮開即可。
